US Rockabilly singer, at an early age Bill Moss joined a group called the Carolina Troubadours who appeared on Radio WENC in Whiteville (North Carolina) and later led his own group the Melody Pals on Radio WDSC in Dillon ((South Carolina). He recorded for the Allstar Label in Houston (Texas) and Skyrocket Records in Philadelphie (Pennsylvania) and later became music director on radio WDRF in Chester (Pennsylvania).
