(Georgie). Ric Cartey s'est fait remarqué en 1956, en tant que leader des
Jiva-Tones chez Stars Records, puis en 1957, il passa chez RCA. Après
quelques faces pour RCA, Ric apparut sur les labels NRC, El-Rico et ABC Records.
Ric Cartey est décédé le 5 Août 2009 à Palm Harbor (Floride).
